On October 28, 2011, this happened in Englewood, CO when the Cardinals won the World Series... again:
That's my wife; a true life-long die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan.
When we heard there was a chance of the Cardinals winning, Justin's first thought was, and he commented to me: "Man, I bet Elizabeth is going to be excited if they win!" And then we see this.....His suspicion is confirmed. :) This is great!

ReplyDeleteI'll never forget the time when I was watching the 2005 NLCS with Andy Hartwig in Gaass. On the verge of elimination, the Cardinals stayed alive against the Astros with a bomb by Pujols off their closer (I believe it was Brad Lidge) that I'm not sure ever landed. As soon as it cleared the wall, Andy and I heard a very audible delighted scream from downstairs...
